【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62271isapplicabletovoltagepresenceindicatingsystems(VPIS)incorporatedina.c.switchgearandcontrolgearcoveredbyIEC62271-200orIEC62271-201.Voltagepresenceindicatingsystemsaredevicesusedtoprovideinformationtooperatorsaboutthevoltageconditionofthemaincircuitoftheswitchgearinwhichtheyareinstalled.TheindicationofVPISaloneisnotsufficienttoprovethatthesystemisdead:ifoperatingproceduresmakeitmandatory,relevantvoltagedetectorsaccordingtoIEC61243-1,IEC61243-2andIEC61243-5shouldbeused.ThisstandardisalsoapplicabletophasecomparatorsspecificallydesignedforusewithVPIS.
